Who we are
Pro Mile Ltd, registered in England and Wales under company number 09835403, registered office 10 Misterton Court, Orton Goldhay, Peterborough PE2 5TQ, is the controller of the personal data described here. You can reach us at invoice@pro-mile.co.uk.
What we collect and why
When you email us: your name, your email address, your company and whatever you write. We use it to answer you and, if you ask, to show you ProVision and prepare an offer. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries, and taking the steps you ask for before a contract (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b)).
When you visit this page: as with any website, the servers that deliver it receive your IP address, your browser's details and the time of the request. The page is hosted by Cloudflare; its fonts come from Google Fonts and its code libraries from cdnjs and jsDelivr. They use this data to deliver the files and to keep the service secure. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a working, secure website.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking, and we do not sell your data or share it for marketing.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies and does not track you. The only thing it keeps on your device is your answer to the cookie notice, in your browser's local storage, so it does not ask again. The language version is part of the page address.
Who else handles it
Our email is provided by Google Workspace, so your messages are held there. The providers named above deliver the page. Some of them may process data outside the UK; where they do, the transfer relies on UK adequacy regulations or the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for as long as we need it to deal with it and with any business that follows, and then delete it. Server logs are kept by the hosting and delivery providers for a short time under their own policies.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, and ask us to correct it, delete it, restrict or stop using it, or hand it over in a portable form. Write to invoice@pro-mile.co.uk. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office: ico.org.uk, 0303 123 1113.
Changes
We update this notice when what we do changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.

Ce date colectăm și de ce
Când ne scrii pe email: numele tău, adresa de email, firma ta și tot ce ne scrii. Le folosim ca să-ți răspundem și, dacă ne ceri, să-ți arătăm ProVision și să-ți pregătim o ofertă. Când vizitezi această pagină: ca la orice site, serverele care o livrează primesc adresa ta IP, detaliile browserului și ora cererii. Pagina este găzduită de Cloudflare; fonturile vin de la Google Fonts, iar bibliotecile de cod de la cdnjs și jsDelivr. Cine mai are acces la date
Emailul nostru este furnizat de Google Workspace, deci mesajele tale sunt păstrate acolo. Furnizorii numiți mai sus livrează pagina. Unii dintre ei pot prelucra date în afara Regatului Unit; în acest caz, transferul se bazează pe reglementările britanice de adecvare sau pe Acordul ori Addendumul britanic privind transferul internațional de date.
Cât timp le păstrăm
Păstrăm o solicitare atât cât ne trebuie ca s-o rezolvăm, împreună cu orice colaborare care urmează, apoi o ștergem. Jurnalele serverelor sunt păstrate pentru scurt timp de furnizorii de găzduire și livrare, după propriile lor politici.
Drepturile tale
Ne poți cere o copie a datelor tale și ne poți cere să le corectăm, să le ștergem, să le restricționăm sau să nu le mai folosim, ori să ți le dăm într-o formă portabilă.
